We're selective, because our landlords trust us to introduce credible organisations.
We work with established Housing Providers — from nationwide Registered Providers to specialist Care and Support Providers — that have:
- a clear service
- a track record
- the ability to take on a corporate lease
As part of onboarding we run our own MarketOffer Checked process:
- trading history
- financial capacity
- sanctions screening
These checks are for our own purposes only. Landlords and Providers each remain responsible for their own due diligence before entering into any lease.

We're paid by the landlord, not the Housing Provider:
- a percentage of the rent, across the lease
- we don't take sourcing fees from Providers — if one is offered, it's disclosed and passed to the landlord

Do we lease directly with the landlord, or through a middleman?+
Always directly with the landlord or developer who owns the property.
MarketOffer is a UKALA-accredited letting agent acting for the landlord. We introduce you, coordinate the process and collect rent on the landlord's behalf.
In some areas we work with partner high street letting agents, who may handle the landlord's day-to-day responsibilities. Either way, you lease directly with the landlord or developer.
We're not a rent-to-rent operator and not a party to the lease. You lease at the actual rent — our fee is paid by the landlord, not added to what you pay.
