What we hear from sourcers

  • Two sides to line up. Sourcing means finding the property and the right counterparty at the same time.

  • Knowing who's ready. It takes time to find out which organisations are active and ready to proceed.

  • Properties that don't fit. Some good properties don't match a sourcer's own strategy or current contacts.

  • Demand in a different place. In Supported Living and Social Housing, Provider demand can sit in a different area from the property, and many Providers don't pay sourcing fees.

How we work with introducers

Reach Providers that don't pay sourcing fees

Many Providers don't pay sourcing fees and want the lease direct with the landlord. We're paid by the landlord, not the Provider, so we can take a property to any suitable Provider in our network.

Better Terms Advantage

Current Provider requirements

We share what Providers are looking for, by area and property type, so you know what's relevant before you start.

A network of 400+ Providers

Our network of 400+ Supported Living and Social Housing Providers spans England, so a property that doesn't suit one Provider may suit another.

We work with the landlord directly

Once you introduce the landlord, we handle sign-up, compliance checks, matching, viewings and coordinating the lease.

What a Provider lease offers landlords

  • One long-term corporate tenant, typically 3–5 years
  • Rent paid even when the property is empty1
  • Tenant management and internal maintenance covered by the Provider1
  • Lease direct with the Provider
  • MarketOffer Checked Providers
  • Better Terms Advantage — how our fee keeps us aligned with the landlord

Frequently asked questions

Who is the introducer partnership for?

Property professionals who work with landlords — for example property sourcers, mortgage brokers, accountants, property maintenance and refurbishment businesses, and rent-to-rent operators. What matters is an existing landlord relationship and a property that fits current Provider requirements.

Where do you work with introducers?

We lease properties across England. With introducers, we're focusing on Bristol, South Gloucestershire and Manchester City, where we hold live Provider demand. We also consider blocks of flats nationwide.

What's my role once I've introduced the landlord?

Your role is the introduction — connecting us with a landlord whose property fits current Provider requirements. From there, we work with the landlord directly: sign-up, compliance checks, matching to a Provider, viewings and coordinating the lease. We'll keep you updated on progress along the way.

Do you pay introducers?

Yes, for introductions we accept that lead to a lease, under our Introducer Terms. We'll take you through how it works on the call.

Is it per landlord or per property?

Per property. If the same landlord has another property, just register it with us in the same way.

Can I tell the landlord what rent they might get?

Yes, as an estimate. Rents depend on a viewing and the Provider's own approvals, so we can't commit to a figure until a Provider makes an offer.2

Can you take rent-to-rent properties?

No — the landlord must own the property. Rent-to-rent operators are welcome to introduce owned properties they don't want to take on themselves.

Can I charge the landlord for the introduction?

No. We pay introducers ourselves and we're open with landlords about it. All Provider contact also runs through us.

I'm an agent — which route is right for me?

If you're a high street letting or estate agent, our agent partnership is designed around you. Online agents are very welcome here, through our introducer partnership.

Are you an accredited letting agent?

Yes. MarketOffer is a UKALA-accredited letting agent with Client Money Protection, a member of a government-approved redress scheme, and supervised by HMRC for anti-money laundering. We are registered with or a member of:

MarketOffer is a trading name of Real Marketplace Ltd.
